At the
Highbrook Motel, our rooms have old fashioned
charm, each with a front porch and chairs to relax
and review the day’s adventures. To enjoy the
fresh Maine air, our rooms have screen doors and
lots of windows to allow refreshing cross breezes.
Our motel is single story for easy at-door
parking. While our accommodations have character
reminiscent of the past, you will find the
conveniences of today in every room such
as wireless high speed Internet access, small
refrigerators and coffee makers.
Our Front
Building features 12 Standard Rooms each with
a large picture window overlooking our
expansive lawns. Each charming room is newly
furnished with whitewash oak furniture. The rooms
are a comfortable size (measuring 16 x
19 feet), and each has its own private bath with
full tub and shower. The standard rooms are available with either one king bed or two double beds.
Our Upper Building is
higher on the hillside and more secluded.
It features 12 Deluxe Rooms and 2
Mini-Suites. The Deluxe Rooms are spacious at
13 x 26 feet, with more counter space and privacy.
Thay have an extra vanity and dressing area
outside the bath, new wing back
chairs and offer either a king
size bed or two extra long double beds.
Our
2 Mini-Suites which are very spacious
(approximately 30% larger than our Deluxe Rooms)
with a layout well suited for an extended stay or
a special occasion. The Mini-Suites offer a
sitting area separated from the bedroom by a half
wall, with new wing back chairs and a
picture window viewing our natural wooded
landsape. One mini-suite has a quality king size
bed and the other has two extra long double
beds.
