Policies |
 Dates of Operation:
The motel is open from May through October. Reservations are accepted year round. Our office staff is available from 7 A.M. to 10 P.M. (Eastern Standard Time) in season, to assist you with information or reservations.
Rate Range:
Rates vary, based on date of stay and type of room. All rates are based on single or double occupancy.
Tax:
All room rates are subject to Maine State Sales Tax (currently 7%)
Reservation Policy:
A deposit equal to one night’s lodging, plus tax, is required for each room reserved. Payment may be made by credit card or check.
Cancellation Policy:
Deposits will be promptly refunded (less a $10.00 handling fee) if cancellation notice is received at least 72 hours prior to arrival. Cancellations recieved after 2 P.M. three days before the arrival date will be subject to a charge equal to the amount of the first night stay.

Check in Time:
Guests are welcome to check in from 2 P.M. to 10 P.M. If you are delayed and cannot check in by 10 P.M., please call us for late arrival instructions. Telephone 1-800-338-9688 or 1-207-288-3591.
Check Out Time: 11 A.M.
Balance of Payment:
Balance of payment is due upon arrival and may be paid by Cash, Traveler’s Check, VISA, Mastercard, American Express or Discover.
House Rules:
Sorry, no smoking, cooking or pets allowed on the property. For the benefit of future guests, we are very strict about this policy and may impose a cleaning fee of $150.00 for any infractions.
