Policies

Dates of Operation:
The motel is open from May through October. Reservations are accepted year round. Our office staff is available from 7 A.M. to 10 P.M. (Eastern Standard Time) in season, to assist you with information or reservations.
Rate Range:
Hotel room rates vary, based on date of stay and type of room. All hotel room rates are based on single or double occupancy. Extra people (adult or child) are an additional $20.00 each, per night.
Tax:
All room rates are subject to Maine State Sales Tax (currently 7%)
Reservation Policy:
In order to guarantee your
reservation we require a credit card deposit equal to the first night of your reservation.
Cancellation Policy:
A refund of your intial deposit
will be issued minus a $10.00 cancellation fee per
room reserved if your cancellation notice is
received at least 72 hours prior to your scheduled arrival date. Cancellations received after 3 P.M. EST three days before your scheduled arrival date will not recieve a deposit refund. Reservations of 3 or more rooms are subject to the same canellation fees but require a 14 day notice of cancellation or early departure.
Early Departure:
Should you need to shorten your
stay we require 72 hours notice for early
departure. 72 hours notice would be by
3pm, 3 days prior to your date of
departure. For reservations of 3 or more rooms 14 days notice
is required for early departure.
Trip Insurance:
We
are pleased to offer guests reserving online the option
to purchase Travel Insurance through Access America
during the booking process. For more information and

Check in Time:
Guests are welcome to check in to the hotel from 3 P.M. to 10 P.M. If you are delayed and cannot check in by 10 P.M., please call us for late arrival instructions. Telephone 1-800-338-9688 or 1-207-288-3591.
Check Out Time:
11 A.M.
Parking:
Free
parking is provided for all guests. There is one
parking space designated for each room. There
is no parking available for trailers,
campers, motorhomes, RVs, etc. Please check with our
staff if you have any questions about parking at the hotel.
Balance of
Payment:
Balance of payment is due upon arrival and may be paid with Cash, Traveler’s Check, VISA, Mastercard, or Discover Card.
House Rules:
Sorry, no smoking, cooking or pets allowed in our guest rooms or on the property. For the benefit of future guests, we are very strict about this policy and may impose a fee of $150.00 for any infractions.

Weeks following holiday weekends tend to be less crowded and offer lower rates.
