Policies |
 Dates of Operation:
The motel is open from May through October. Reservations are accepted year round. Our office staff is available from 7 A.M. to 10 P.M. (Eastern Standard Time) in season, to assist you with information or reservations.
Rate Range:
Rates vary, based on date of stay and type of room. All rates are based on single or double occupancy.
Tax:
All room rates are subject to Maine State Sales Tax (currently 7%)
Reservation Policy:
In order to gaurantee your
reservation we only need a valid credit card that expires after your scheduled arrival date. Your
credit card will not be charged until you arrive.
Cancellation Policy:
A $10.00 handling fee is assessed if cancellation notice is received at least 72 hours prior to arrival. Cancellations received after 2 P.M. three days before the arrival date will be subject to a charge equal to the amount of the first night stay.
Early
Departure:
Should you need to shorten
your stay we require 72 hours notice of early
departure. 72 hours notice would be by 2pm, 3 days prior
to your date of departure.

Check in Time:
Guests are welcome to check in from 2 P.M. to 10 P.M. If you are delayed and cannot check in by 10 P.M., please call us for late arrival instructions. Telephone 1-800-338-9688 or 1-207-288-3591.
Check Out Time:
11 A.M.
Parking:
Free
parking is provided for all guests. There is one
parking space designated for each room. There
is no parking available for trailers,
campers, motorhomes, RVs, etc. Please check with our
staff if you have any questions.
Balance of Payment:
Balance of payment is due upon arrival and may be paid by Cash, Traveler’s Check, VISA, Mastercard, or Discover.
House Rules:
Sorry, no smoking, cooking or pets allowed on the property. For the benefit of future guests, we are very strict about this policy and may impose a cleaning fee of $150.00 for any infractions.
